You are responsible for the coordination of construction sites in the field of piping and processing, initialling, judging and testing tender documents for gas, water and district heating projects You take responsibility for projects from planning to completion and ensure the economic, technical and timely execution of your orders, including upsize creation You plan your team and dispose of equipment and materials for your construction sites, including the control of suppliers and subcontractors You keep an overview of compliance with both internal and higher-level standards in quality management and compliance with guidelines (HSEQ / occupational safety) to achieve the project objectives successfully You are a competent contact person for customers, suppliers, offices and internal colleagues in project processing and actively promote optimizations

Completed master or technician training as piping builder / plant mechanic HLK or heating installation installer m/w/d First professional experience as building manager m/w/d, desirable in a coordinating function or to grow self-confidence into this role Good MS Office Knowledge and Driving Class B Self-responsible and committed working style, negotiation skills and joy in team work and the joint achievement of project goals, combined with the willingness to continue training
