As a pre- & aftersales operator (m/w/x), you are a central part of our sales process and take a key role in the preparation and quality assurance of our vehicle auctions. You make sure that vehicle data is fully, correctly and marketable before You enter the auction. In doing so, you combine sound vehicle knowledge with a structured, systemic work and directly contribute to the quality of our platform and to the marketing success

Self-preparing and setting of vehicle auctions in the system Testing, validation and enrichment of vehicle data (e.g. from DAT, Schwacke, manufacturer portals and internal systems) Ensuring high data quality and completeness before auction start Detection and correction of inconsistencies in vehicle descriptions, equipment and state information Assessment of the market relevance of vehicle characteristics for optimal presentation in the auction Close cooperation with Key Account Management, Internal Sales and other interfaces (e.g. Finance, Product/IT) Identification of weaknesses in processes and systems as well as active participation in their optimization Participation in regular feedback and voting formats for continuous further development
