Team Leader/ Head of Goods Receipt & Goods Issue in the Project Logistics department (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team at the Bremerhaven site, we are looking for you as a team manager / department manager goods receipt & goods exit (m/w/d) in full time.

Discipline leadership of teams of goods and goods output of currently a total of 8 employees Strategic and operational control of the utilisation, efficiency and profitability of the department as well as continuous optimization of the operational processes Conducting quality controls Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and working time laws and other legal requirements in the area of responsibility Implementation of the corporate strategy and monitoring of change processes and standardisation measures Continuous further development of your own responsibility Strategic personnel deployment planning in close cooperation with the team of order management Promoting motivation, commitment, further development of employees and an open and positive working environment

Multiannual professional and leadership experience in comparable positions ideally in the field of industrial goods packaging or near-port handling logistics Successfully completed relevant training or comparable qualification Designed operational and commercial know-how in theory & application Excellent knowledge in the areas of heavy goods handling by crane and/or heavy duty trucks, CTU package guidelines, cargo securing as well as container and flat stowing High sense of responsibility, self-initiative and a hand-on mentality Structured, team- and solution-oriented operation Routinized handling of MS-Office and experience in using ERP systems Very good knowledge of German in word and writing – every other language is also an advantage
