In the field of research and economics, varied tasks await you in the three fields of economics, fixed-income and equity research. There are no limits to your creativity when writing studies or producing videos, podcasts and social media content. The basis for this has nothing to do with looking into the glass ball, but based on the (further) development of relevant forecast and analysis models. In internal briefings, we exchange information on sales, treasury and trade. In perspective, your everyday life is not only linked to the Frankfurt office, but also leads you on trips to Germany and abroad during presentations for cooperative banks or for national and international customers. Whether monetary policy, economic concerns or stock exchange rally, you are always close to the current issues and the market is one step ahead. In your 12-month trainee program with an individual schedule, you will be active in the various units of the Research and Economics department of DZ BANK. In addition, you have the possibility to hospitate in various interface units outside the Research and Economic area. The location of your activities is Frankfurt am Main.

You have a successfully completed master's degree in full-time (summary 2.5 or better), preferably in the disciplines of economics or business administration with focus on finance, accounting or statistics. Your Master's degree will be short at the time of your application or will not be longer than 12 months. Your strong interest in economic and (financial)political relationships is the basis of your motivation, so you can follow the rapidly changing topics and market drivers. Through your good analytical skills, problem-solving skills and innovation efforts, you have a good basis for creating content-based forecasts and can create added value directly. Through your safe appearance and your very good verbal expressiveness, you can convince with presentations and customer appointments. You are strong in communication in German and English (min. C1 level), in writing as oral, and have the pleasure of creative text and graphic work so that you can write interesting studies on changing topics.

Perspective: You start with an unlimited contract and a salary of EUR 71,000 during and EUR 77,000 according to the trainee program.
