Your tasks Own-sponsored control of the entire recruiting process from demand analysis to candidate sourcing, interviews and contract negotiation at global level Close cooperation with Hiring Managers to provide advice, understand needs and win matching candidate: Development and implementation of efficient recruiting strategies (Active Sourcing, Employer Branding, Candidate Experience) Monitoring of key figures (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate,...) and continuous optimization of the processes Perspective: Acquisition of Teamlead Responsibility and Combination of Recruiting Strategy Varied design space and value-adding working atmosphere in a modern, digital and international working environment
