Technical Manager (m/w/d)

For our MEDIAN Klinik Berlin-Kladow we are looking for a dedicated technical director (m/w/d), who takes responsibility for our technical processes with expertise, organisational skills and leadership experience. In this key position, you and your team ensure the smooth operation of our technical facilities – always with regard to quality, safety and sustainability.

Leadership, motivation and operational planning of the Haustechnik team (4 employees) Control and quality assurance of the activities to be carried out and promotion of personnel development Monitoring of technical operational and traffic safety Organisation and control of maintenance, testing and maintenance measures Control and coordination of external service providers Budget Responsibility: Comparative offer, Procurement, Accounting Participation in construction and repair measures and tenders Quality assurance and time control for structural measures Support for hospital management in investment planning and special projects

Complete technical training, ideally with further training to master or technician Leadership experience and a secure feel for team-oriented staff management Organisational skills, economic thinking and a structured way of working Communication strength, sense of responsibility and solution-oriented action Solid IT skills and understanding of technical systems and infrastructures High level of service orientation and self-initiative
