(Senior) Financial Controller (m/f/d)

You are part of the Finance & Controlling team and your focus is on international companies and intercompany settlement You are the first monthly and annual accounts for international companies You take a key role in building and implementing a billing model for international subsidiaries together with our tax department You analyze existing performance relationships and develop billing, consolidation and allocation logics by transfer pricing Ensure the correct documentation and compliance of relevant regulations (Transfer Pricing, GoBD, OECD Guidelines), internal policies and requirements of auditors and audit You develop and document processes, governance models and standards for controlling, finance and accounting and help in the training of those responsible You identify, evaluate and comment on financial and operational KPIs and thus support the management of the business units You are responsible for the continuous development of the business area and the optimization of processes in a defined area of responsibility

Graduate degree with a focus on finance/controlling or commercial training as well as at least 5 years of relevant professional experience Experience in international accounting (IFRS), accounting and ideally intercompany and shared service processes in an international context Funded knowledge of transfer pricing, accounting logic, consolidation and documentation and implementation of governance and compliance requirements Structured, analytical and self-responsible operation with high result orientation Communication strength, safe occurrence and presentation security Very good English and MS Office knowledge; Experience with SAP, BI tools like Looker and AI in Finance is beneficial
