You process the test and error logs from billing and invoice operations The independent and careful processing of invoice corrections is your responsibility Regular data management of private and commercial customers as well as the processing of movement data including market communication are part of your activity Selected invoices are subject to an exam Recording, processing and checking of counter readings are your responsibility Telephone customer support is only in exceptional cases - your focus is clearly on system-based, data- and process-oriented tasks Special tasks and cross-border support for e.g. Projects or adaptation and continuous optimization of processes are equally part of the job

A successfully completed commercial training forms the basis for your understanding of operational processes and energy-economic relationships The safe handling of the current MS Office applications is obvious to you – especially in the analysis and processing of data You have a pronounced number affinity Responsibility, communication strength and a structured way of working are not only keywords for you, but lived practice You bring a strong customer orientation and understand billing as part of the entire customer experience – clear, understandable and service-oriented You can quickly and independently explore new topics, work in a solution-oriented manner and like to work in the team
