Sales Operations Manager - Inside Sales / CRM (m/f/d)

You organize the sales service and structure the daily sales processes You act as a central interface and link between the external service (AD), internal departments and external business partners Ensure the flow of information and communicate proactively with customers: You provide structured project management from commissioning to project completion and continuously monitor all milestones and project phases to avoid delays You monitor project-related budget and are responsible for preparing and auditing accounting You create regular reports, deviation analyses and evaluations and report directly to the management and the sales management

You have a commercial/technical training with multi-year professional experience, at least 3-5 years in a comparable interface function, e.g. in Sales Operations Management, Sales Controlling, Project Management or as strategic assistance You are experienced in the management of projects including time and budget monitoring and provide sound knowledge in contracting and accounting The safe handling of sales codes (KPIs) as well as common CRM and ERP systems is one of your strengths You use Excel routined for data analysis as well as report creation and are characterized by your organizational talent and a structured working method Your personality convinces with the strength of communication and enforcement, analytical thinking and a proactive and loyal way You communicate in German (C1) and have a class B licence
