Operational coordination of customer requests from the supply phase to industrialisation Leadership of customer correspondence, including coordination of the BMW account team with a view to the sales-&-engineering processes and as a point of intersection between sales and operations Organization of the supply of prototypes to customers, including corresponding invoices Adaptation of system data, in particular the installation of new customers and contract patterns Implementation of tasks for customers, including prospective distribution partners, ESL requests, trainings, service trips, and cutting point functions for engineering / quality & customer service Support for key-account management in relation to derivation, documenization and negotiation to implement price adjustments through material and energy price fluctuations Self­employed, regular review and active follow­up of open projects to their nomination

Successfully completed commercial training or completed bachelor studies Vocational experience in administrative sales Knowledge of distribution in the automotive industry Impressed customer orientation and communication strength Teamability and loadability Negotiation skills desirable in handling customers in the automotive sector Safe handling of MS Office German and very good English skills
