You are responsible for the strategic and operational development of our bAV products and are central: contact:in all product-related topics You control the further development of our offer in close cooperation with sales, insurance mathematics, underwriting, marketing and other relevant interfaces. You design, control and implement measures to develop offers in cross-functional teams, from the first idea to the successful product launch. You are analysing market trends, regulatory developments and customer needs:inside, you are taking concrete steps to further develop. You process complex enquiries from sales and from our customers and support our external services and external partners through well-founded training. You actively contribute to our teamwork, share your knowledge and continue to develop professionally and personally.

Education: You have a degree, for example in economics, mathematics, insurance or economic law, or extensive professional experience in the insurance industry. Professional experience:You have first experience in the product management of a life insurance (preferably bAV) and ideally brings a basic understanding of regulatory requirements. Stakeholder Management: You are able to accommodate, classify and derive sound and coordinated solutions from sales, mathematics, IT or compliance Communication competence: You can convey complex content in a comprehensible and address-oriented manner, moderately structured tuning and perform safely in different contexts. Self-organization: You work structured and independent, prioritize your topics and keep an overview even in parallel tasks. Analytical thinking: You can quickly and structuredly engage in complex technical and regulatory issues, critically question information and guide sound conclusions and recommendations for action for products.
