Make your next career step at The Stepstone Group and take responsibility for the consolidation and quality assurance of our group's monthly, quarterly and annual accounts. You work in the Group Finance department and will be involved in the further development of processes and tools to optimize consolidation and projects such as the introduction of new accounting standards. With your commitment, you make a valuable contribution to redesigning the labour market of the future. Creation of consolidated monthly, quarterly and annual accounts of the Group of Companies Design of final and consolidation processes as well as responsibility for their quality assurance including review of reporting packages of subsidiaries Support and further development of consolidation software as well as support of subsidiaries in handling the consolidation program Analysis, Evaluation and Commentation of Consolidated Balance Sheet, GuV & Capital Flow Account Participation in projects, e.g. post-Merger Financial Integration, further development of the reporting tool and processes in consolidation together with IT and controlling Participation in the introduction of new and adapted accounting standards Contact for colleagues of the subsidiaries and auditors in Germany and abroad regarding the consolidated financial statements and consolidation

Successfully completed economic studies focusing on international accounting / consolidated accounting and/or auditing and/or controlling At least three years of relevant professional experience in the field of consolidation of an internationally active company and/or in the auditing company Very good knowledge in MS Excel and in handling consolidation systems Outstanding expertise in accounting according to IFRS and sound knowledge in consolidation Self-responsible and self-responsible work and a hands-on mentality Embossed analytical skills with simultaneous detailed orientation and good understanding of balance-sheet relationships flowing English skills in word and writing Expert knowledge of IBM TM1 and IBM Cognos controller desirable
