for shared meals in our central kitchen in 58313 Herdecke. The working time is distributed on Monday - Friday alternating in 2 shifts from 5 to 1 p.m. and from 13 to 9 p.m.

Rebional sees itself as a bio-gastronome in communal use. We are a subsidiary of the joint hospital Herdecke, NRW.

What makes your job • In your team, you will prepare daily meals with fresh, regional and organic foods according to nutritional and diaetic aspects and meet the individual needs of our customers and guests. This allows you to support the recovery of people who are in medical treatment and are a sign of healthy and enjoyable food. • You work independently and responsibly and ensure the highest quality when preparing cold and hot dishes. • Keeping and securing the hygiene requirements according to HACCP principles is your daily routine. • You are responsible for the employees assigned to you and instruct them professionally. • You communicate openly with people and have fun together in the team. • You live diversity and bring you a way of esteeming with all people. • You trade sustainable, separate or dispose of kitchen waste and minimise waste. • Do you want to live creatively? What you bring with you • You have made your passion a profession and have a completed vocational training as a chef and over at least 1 year of professional experience, also multiannual professional experience. • You are thrilled to prepare food with regionally fresh and high-quality organic products and their appealing presentation. • As a cross-comer, you've discovered your love of cooking and gained relevant professional experience in gastronomy, communal meals or large kitchen. • The compliance and implementation of hygiene rules and their documentation according to the HACCP principles is a practice that is lived for you. • You're having fun working in the team. You love communicating openly with people and have good knowledge of the German language.
