Welcome to Allianz The Identity and Access Management (IAM) department is responsible for managing and maintaining identities, permissions, user accounts, resources and role management. Our goal is to establish a sustainable IAM system that is appropriate to the risks and controls all access to information from Allianz Deutschland companies. We offer high-availability systems for providing user data and place particular emphasis on regulatory requirements such as DORA/VAIT. As an architect for Identity & Access Management (m/w/d), design and implement security solutions for accessing IT resources within our company.

This is what we expect as an Identity & Access Management Architect (m/w/d) Strategy development: Development and implementation of IAM strategies and guidelines that meet business requirements and meet security standards Architecture orientation: IAM architecture alignment with processes, tools and procedures Technology selection: selection and implementation of suitable IAM technologies and tools Process optimization: Optimization of IAM technologies and processes in cooperation with Allianz SE and Allianz Technology SE Integration: Integration of IAM solutions into existing IT infrastructures and ensuring interoperability between different systems and platforms Compliance: Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies by analyzing IT, business and compliance requirements Technology Trends: Evaluation of latest technology trends with impacts on IAM in the shoulders with Allianz SE and Allianz Technology SE Improving efficiency: Implementing improvements to increase efficiency and safety

Identity & Access Management Architect (m/w/d) Education: studies in computer science, information technology, information security or a related area Certificates: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or special IAM certifications Professional experience: Multiannual experience in IAM, in particular in the architecture and implementation of IAM solutions Technology knowledge: Funded knowledge of technologies such as current IAM systems, PAM systems, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor authentication (MFA), Directory services (e.g. LDAP, Active Directory) Cloud experience: Experience with cloud-based (IAM) solutions and their integration into existing systems Regulatory understanding: Understanding regulatory requirements and standards such as GDPR, ISO 27001 or NIST Language skills: Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
