Theory at FHDW: Your theoretical phases are completed at the University of Economics in Hannover, with the specialization of Automotive Management.

Practice in our core areas: You run through the central departments of our company – from purchasing and logistics to the HR department to sales and program management.

Active participation in the daily business: You take on your own tasks from the first day and work as a full-fledged team member in your respective department.

Your own projects: You independently process business projects and introduce your ideas into the departments.

Seminars and trainings: In addition to your studies, you will take part in seminars and trainings that will take you professionally and personally.

International experience: A multi-week stay at one of our EMEA sites is possible – so you can get to know the cooperation in a globally established company.

Your degree: After three years you complete the internationally recognized Bachelor of Arts (B.A.). Acquisition of tuition fees: The cost of your studies at FHDW is Clarios.

Remuneration by collective agreement: You will be remunerated according to the IG Metall collective agreement.
