Central interface as IT key account manager to specialist areas including recording, assessment, prioritization and reporting of IT requirements deriving solutions, walls and capacities, as well as corresponding documentation and reporting Coordination and control of projects and all internal stakeholders and IT teams involved Tracking and Requirement of Proven IT Services and Partial Results from Departments and IT Early recognition, moderation and resolution of conflicts between participating areas Building and continuous expansion of understanding for business processes and IT-related relationships

Complete study of computer science, economic informatics or comparable qualifications Insufficient experience in IT project coordination or management, ideally with evidence of methods and certification (e.g. PRINCE2, IPMA, PMI) Experience in IT Service Management, ideally with ITIL certification Interdisciplinary technical expertise (e.g. software introduction, IT infrastructure, security management systems) Knowledge of relevant safety standards and standards (e.g. ISO 27001, IT-Grundschutz, GDPR)
