IT-Support / IT-Administrator (m/f/d)

User Support: You are the central IT contact point for the entire team on all questions about Apple & Windows products. You manage the hardware and with your instruction for a perfect start of new colleagues. System & server administration: You take over the independent maintenance and monitoring of our server landscape (Windows + Linux) as well as the administration of internal systems such as the goods management and mail system or the Salto access management. Infrastructure & Security: You integrate new systems into our IT landscape and ensure the reliability of our backup systems through compliance with safety standards. User & Rights Management: You manage sovereign accounts and access rights across all platforms – from Apple Business to the phone system (Unify). Troubleshooting: In case of malfunctions in hardware, software or in the network, you are immediately in place. You analyze fault causes and fix them sustainably. Projects & Documentation: You independently control infrastructure projects, coordinate external service providers and keep our system configurations up to date with a clean documentation.

Your qualification: You have an IT training (e.g. as a specialist:in) and brings several years of professional experience that gives you the necessary security for your own. Technology Allrounder: You feel at home in the Apple world, have no fear of touch with Windows and Linux and do not hesitate to work into new systems either. Location: You are ready to work on site in our HQ in Veitsbronn. Own drive: You love working independently. While the IT manager drives strategic projects, you are the operational head that keeps the store running in everyday life. Team player on site: You live the ''Du'' and meet your colleagues at eye level. Your explanations are understandable – even for people who are not IT professionals. Language skills: You communicate safely in German and have good English skills for technical documentation and communication with service providers.
