Servicetechniker (m/w/d)

Your tasks: • Processing of assigned support tickets in 1st and 2nd levels via phone, email or portal; Documentation in the ticket system and remote support using TeamViewer or similar software. • On-site repairs and installations of hardware and software as well as data acquisition (e.g. PCs, printers). • Error analysis based on existing documentation, initial resolution of disturbances, prioritization and classification in the ticket system taking into account customer requirements. • Close cooperation between different departments, continuous exchange and forwarding to downstream solution groups such as 2nd and 3rd level support. • Processing of diverse customer requests in the field of customer service. • Extension and documentation of ITSM processes according to ITIL standards, setup, remote operation and maintenance of new IT and telecommunications equipment.

Your qualifications: • Practical experience with Windows client and server operating systems • Complete training in IT or comparable qualifications • First professional experience in IT support of advantage, also for cross-comers with IT affinity • Configuration and maintenance of WLAN handheld scanners • Responsibility for windows-based print servers and printers in the SAP and Office environment • Experiences in the field of TK plants • Knowledge of structured cabling and patching of network cabinets • Technical documentation of existing environments ( cabling, patches, locations, etc.) • Application of common ticket systems, ideally helpline • Good knowledge of English
