Team Leader Existing Customer Service (m/f/d)

Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team Recognition of development needs and targeted promotion of employees: Control and prioritization of day-to-day business, organisation of workflows, and ensuring a qualitative and timely task management Support of employees:in case of complex tasks, complaints and special customer requests Ensuring uniform and service-oriented customer support and further development of customer processes and digital workflows Interface function to other business areas as well as control of key figures and budget responsibility for individual modernization Active design and support of organisational and change processes and take over project responsibility in digitization projects

Completed real estate training and multi-year professional experience in housing, ideally with good, practical knowledge in rental law Multiannual leadership experience, communication skills and a good understanding of the concerns of employees:inside and tenants:inside Responsible, binding and solution-oriented mode of operation Impressed negotiating skills and the ability to set priorities and make decisions, even in the case of high levels of work Joy in the further development of processes and digital methods as well as a high affinity for new digital solutions Entrepreneurial thinking and openness for new developments in the real estate industry
