IT Field Operations Intern (m/f/d)

From May onwards, we are looking for an intern for six months to strengthen our IT Field Operations team in Stuttgart‐Vaihingen in exciting projects and in daily IT support.

Responsibility: Work in daily IT operations, including monitoring and basic support for local applications and infrastructure, and support in the processing of IT problems and simple technical requests from our sites Create tasks: support in the collection, documentation and prioritization of regional IT requirements as well as support in the coordination of the further development of IT architecture with local contacts and global IT teams Analytical procedure: cooperation in local IT projects, for example by preparing documents, tracking tasks or status updates; Preparation of project data and reports as well as the evaluation and documentation of existing IT assets Precisely implemented: Examination and participation in compliance with global IT governance requirements and guidelines as well as security and compliance checks (e.g. system documentation, process updates) Living in cooperation: Support in supplier and stakeholder management, including the preparation of coordination with local IT service providers, documentation and tracking of tasks from meetings Promote progress: Using the creation of onboarding documents for our new IT colleagues and maintaining internal documentation and SharePoint areas

Education: Studies of (economic) informatics, IT management, economics or comparable Experience: First practical experience (e.g. internship, student work) with ITIL, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365 or similar tools (e.g. Clipchamp) of advantage Working methods Good analytical and organizational skills, structured and independent working methods as well as a pronounced team capacity Personality: interest as well as curiosity in digitalization and IT processes as well as infrastructure and governance issues as well as a quick understanding Language knowledge: Good English knowledge (min. B2) required in word and writing, German knowledge and other foreign languages (e.g. Spanish, French) desirable
