Site Manager Façade Technology - Metal Construction / VHF Façade (m/f/d)

You run a professional and disciplined team in the field of metal facade You independently coordinate and control construction sites in the metal facade area, including pre-hanged, back-ventilated facades and substructures You plan, buy material, monitor, take off and document You participate in construction site meetings You tune with the fields of calculation, CAD and invoice You take part in line rounds and are in direct contact with the management

You have a completed training for the plumber/flaschner/Spengler/Blechner, Dachdecker, Zimmerer, Fassadenbauer (m/w/d) or in a comparable metal job Ideally, you have a training to master, technician or a comparable qualification You bring at least 3 years of relevant professional experience You bring professional experience in the area of pre-hanged, back-ventilated facade with You have knowledge of project management and how to deal with VOB You have a high level of technical and economic understanding You are responsible, customer-oriented and a team player with good communicative skills, safe occurrence You have a class B licence You're open to new and want to move something You have good German skills (at least C1 level)
