Your duties

• Together with autism, they support adult people in expanding their competences in the fields of communication, mobility, life-structural skills and managing their everyday lives.
• They help them to develop their strengths and to try and introduce themselves in participation in tasks of everyday life and work-like activities
• You bring your ideas into
• They support nursing
• They are a reliable reference person
• They work with the creation of individual participation planning and documentation

Your conditions

• A completed training as a curative care worker*in or experience with people with disabilities, with education or care
• A positive attitude, empathy, clear and valuable communication
• Team skills
• They are motivated to develop professionally and personally
• Loyality towards church and deacons
