Shift Supervisor / Shift Foreman Production (m/f/d)

In your function, you guide the employees of your shift organizationally and professionally and ensure smooth cooperation within the team. You represent production and factory management in their absence and are authoritative to employees. You control and monitor all production processes of your layer and ensure compliance with delivery and quality and safety regulations. On the basis of predetermined test protocols, you conduct process controls, take documentation and forward relevant information to competent persons. You coordinate cleaning and functional testing at the plants and align additional maintenance requirements with production planning and maintenance. In addition, you support quality controls and production projects and actively propose optimization and change.

You have completed vocational training in the decorative or plastics processing industry, ideally with training as a master or a comparable qualification. You have been able to gain at least 5 years of professional experience in production facilities and first leadership responsibility. In addition to a strong technical understanding, you will know well with SAP and MS Office. You convince with leadership and enforcement, as well as empathy and liability. Flowing German knowledge in word and writing as well as the willingness to shift work complete your profile.
