Strategic control: You take full responsibility for the processing and management of all relevant legal topics in the payment sector, from PSD2/ZAG to E-money law. Your analyses and recommendations are the basis for our decisions. Compliance Excellence: You ensure complete compliance with our compliance standards in critical areas such as data protection (GDPR), consumer protection and PCI-DSS. Negotiation on top level: You conduct sovereign contract negotiations and design groundbreaking agreements with external service providers. Your strong economic understanding is your sharpest tool. Process innovation: Bring your ideas in to optimize our processes and strengthen our dynamics and innovative strength in the payment sector. Stakeholder Management: You are the first address for all internal stakeholders in complex issues relating to the Payments regulatory system and proactively share your knowledge. .
