You accompany our customers from the public sector (school and educational institutions) at the establishment and operation of our products by remote maintenance, telephone and personal advice. You provide support and advice to customers by phone and e-mail via our products to efficiently use them. You find ways and solutions for the requirements of different schools and help them to fulfill them. Its goal is to enable customers to work quickly in case of problems, to find optimal solutions and to implement them together with the customer. You occasionally perform software trainings and online webinars.

You are a communication talent and can explain complex, technical issues in a comprehensible and customer-oriented manner. As a contact person for our customers, you are looking for solutions, signal service readiness and communicate in writing as well as orally tactical and sovereign in German and English. You are ready to work into a complex software system. For this, you have a basic understanding of new media and modern software. You have good knowledge of common office applications and Microsoft operating systems. You are characterized by team skills, reliability, organizational skills and self-initiative. Ideally, you already have experience in software support.
