Your To-Do:

• Processing of highly complex and rare problems that could not be solved by Second Level Support
• Design and implementation of profound technical solutions, patches and updates
• Performance analyses and optimization measures
• Analysis of system logs and monitoring data for early detection and prevention of problems
• Write and update technical manuals and documentation
• Participation in IT projects, especially in the planning and implementation of new systems and technologies
• Investigation of new technologies and methods for continuous improvement of IT infrastructure

Your qualification:

• Complete studies in IT (e.g. computer science, information technology) or comparable qualifications
• Very deep knowledge of operating systems, network technologies and IT security standards
• Specialized knowledge in specific areas (e.g. databases, virtualization, cloud technologies)
• Experience with advanced debugging and monitoring tools
• Ability to develop and implement technical solutions
• Project management experience of advantage
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation
