As part of an interdisciplinary purchasing team, you take responsibility for selected assemblies and systems in the area of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC). In this role, you control procurement processes, maintain international suppliers and ensure that technical components are implemented on time, in the required quality and at competitive costs. You work closely with project management, design and quality assurance and contribute significantly to the success of complex technical projects. Your tasks at a glance: You take responsibility for specific assemblies or technical systems within a project and ensure that You are delivered on time, in the required quality and within the budget. In close cooperation with suppliers, you support the associated modules and coordinate all relevant interfaces - especially for commercial, commercial and contractual changes. You shall ensure that all changes, claims and possible receivables are systematically recorded and taken into account in the change management. Price and contract negotiations with suppliers will guide you autonomously and ensure economically viable agreements. Together with the areas of design, quality and project management, you regularly agree to implement technical requirements and project objectives. On site with suppliers, check components, components and products and get a picture of the progress of production and the quality of the deliveries. Procurement markets continuously analyze, evaluate supplier potential and identify new or alternative sources of supply.
