About the area The Quality Management Group is part of the Operations in the Smart Home environment and is the central interface to almost all Smart Home departments and the Miele plants worldwide. You work on exciting tasks in development projects and series production – with the aim of ensuring high customer expectations for Miele quality. Software plays an increasingly important role in both electronic assemblies and digital products.

In close cooperation with internal disciplines, you take over the error processing and ensure a sustainable decommissioning of series topics related to software and hardware You bring your expertise into interdisciplinary teams and communicate results to different management levels in line with your needs You moderate voting rounds on the products you are responsible for, follow themes consistently and represent customer perspective You take over the reporting of results and conduct organizational projects Your ideas are actively involved in ensuring and further developing software quality – by evaluating key issues, compiling test strategies and close coordination with development teams You support the introduction and optimization of quality assurance processes for digital products and software components

You have completed a technical study – for example in electrical engineering, computer science or industrial engineering – or you have a comparable qualification with You have a strong technical understanding and first professional experience in quality management or software-based product development You have a high affinity for digital tools and software solutions – ideally with knowledge in Jira, Confluence, Windchill or similar systems You work analytical, structured and communication-strong – also in virtual teams You are passionate about data-driven decision-making processes and want to actively shape and develop software solutions You bring experience in testing and ideally have an ISTQB certificate
