They manufacture mechatronic components and assemblies for complex systems developed for underwater use. They produce casting molds, process 2K-polyurethane casting compositions and finished test specimens for material tests and material qualifications. With manual and mechanical methods, you perform cutting, separating, joining and reforming activities and create challenging solder joints, including piezoceramics. They support the production of functional patterns, demonstrators and prototypes and document work processes precisely in the form of sketches, photo documentation and textual descriptions. They assemble and wire development components according to drawings and work closely with research, development, construction and production.

They have completed training as mechatronics engineer (m/w/d), industrial mechanic (m/w/d) or precision engineer (m/w/d). Finding knowledge in industrial electronics, especially in the manufacture of soldered joints on electronic components, will help you. They have experience in metal and plastic processing and are safe to use conventional turning, milling, drilling and sawing machines. Knowledge of the handling of hazardous substances as well as a pronounced quality awareness are yours.
