Behind MEILO are two successful companies of private waste management – Meinhardt Städtereinigung GmbH & Co. KG and Lobbe Entsorgung West GmbH & Co. KG, which are members of the same group. Since January 2018, we have been operating a state-of-the-art sorting system for lightweight packaging (LVP) from the dual systems (yellow ton/yellow bag) on a 32,000 sqm plot in the immediate vicinity of the Meinhardt site in Gernsheim, where a wide range of valuables is completely sorted out in two halls with a respective 2,500 and 4,500 sqm area of around 140,000 t/a packaging waste by means of high-tech. shift management with personnel responsibility Staff division, creation of shift and work plans close coordination with plant management in production planning Compliance and improvement of complex sorting processes independent error elimination

technical understanding Professional experience in the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment are advantageous General computer skills (Word, Excel) Standby for shiftwork (spring/spring/night shift) Experience in personnel management You have a high degree of social competence and have the pleasure of dealing with people German language C1
