Trade Manager / Team Leader HVAC (m/f/d)

Take responsibility: technical coordination and leadership of the HKLS team in cooperation with the object management; Ensuring compliance with all contractual services to the customer Inspire technology: responsibility for technically perfect, timely and economical performance in the plants heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitation; Creation and maintenance of all project documents including technical documentation tackling tasks: control and monitoring of maintenance, reconstruction and optimization measures at building systems; Participation in customer and project meetings and creation of offers, cost estimates and performance descriptions promote progress: support and coordination of entrepreneurs; ensuring efficient and quality performance; Support and support of acceptances, audits and technical visits Living in cooperation: maintenance and deployment planning; Determination of material requirements; regular inspection and optimization of operations as well as technical advice and support of our customers on site

(m/w/d) in the area of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitary, utility or building technology; as an alternative to a completed training as an investment mechanic SHK (m/w/d) with multi-year professional experience Experience: Ideally, first experience in employee management and knowledge in technical building management and in the operation of complex HKLS systems Knowledge: Secure handling of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); Knowledge of CAFM systems of advantage Working methods: independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation; entrepreneurial thinking and action; strong customer and service orientation as well as team skills Personality: High level of initiative and sense of responsibility; safe and professional appearance Application: Willingness to work in the 2-shift system as well as participation in call readiness Additional qualification: driving licence class B
