The team of business process consulting is the first contact person at Markant when it comes to optimising business processes. The diverse topics from different areas of our partners ensure that work remains exciting and challenging at any time. To support our team, we will look for you as soon as possible

They conduct independent process analyses, create documentation and develop target concepts for efficient business processes together with our partners. They support our national and international partners in the planning, process integration and efficient use of the Markant service products. They ensure a continuous exchange between the specialist areas of the partners and our product management, so that our service products can be continuously improved. They support our partners – even outside our product portfolio – in the demand-based selection of application systems and their suppliers.

They bring knowledge of project work and the optimization of business processes. They are characterized by a high motivation for process optimization and bring about a solution-oriented creativity as well as method skills, perseverance and curiosity. They are ready to travel, enjoy direct exchange and on-site activity with our partners. They have a well-defined analytical and abstraction capacity and are characterized by self-employment and self-initiative. They bring very good communication skills, high social competence and safe occurrence. They have good English skills in word and writing as well as good user knowledge of popular MS Office applications.
