Support of customers who need special care, unlike the standard process clarification of open items and invoice clarifications with customers – especially large customers Analysis of Processes for Key Account Cases Participation in the planning and implementation of major projects in cooperation with sales and technology Examination of framework agreements and implementation of contract contents in ERP and CRM systems Escalation management for complex special cases Screening and analysis of customers to determine the need for a key account support. Participation in debitor management in complex receivable situations, which makes a participation of the customer service necessary Representation in the Master Data and in the support of the supplier portals of our customers.

Closed commercial training, ideally as an industrial clerk or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in customer service, in particular in support of key accounts and large customers Impressed customer orientation and a strong awareness of a positive customer experience Knowledge in handling ERP, CRM and DMS systems Safe handling of Microsoft Office Very good communication skills – both by phone and in writing Good process understanding for complex operational processes Embossed solution orientation and analytical thinking German knowledge in word and writing
