Our special credit management team is looking for backup! What do we do? In our group 7753, particularly risky and insulting special financing of commercial real estate and project financing is restructured or handled.

Maintenance of customer relationship, negotiation with customers, other creditors, consultants (legal attorneys, auditors, business consultants, consultants) and third parties (e.g. Bürgen, guarantor), representation of the bank in banking meetings, enforcement of the developed engagement strategy Continuous cash flow-based credit analysis for identifying, testing and evaluating liability and default risks, as well as assessing the economic and legal opportunities and risks of the transferred recovery and settlement cases Developing alternatives for restructuring and settlement situations for risk and exposure reduction Creation and revision of credit and collateral contracts and ensuring compliance with all relevant contractual contents Proactive cooperation with relevant interfaces such as the legal department, credit management and external experts Advising the market and risk management departments with regard to the risk-producing continuation of credit commitments under the BISA process Compilation of reports and proposals for decisions (risk provision determination) and discussion and presentation of results in various bodies Management of the credit file, technical support of the transferred engagements and commissioning of operations/service center units with the care of IT systems

Economic or legal studies or comparable further education First experience in asset class real estate, project financing or structured financing Passion for risk analysis, complex relationships and data-based decisions A responsible way of working combined with team spirit and communication strength as well as creativity for problem solving Joy in creating challenging tasks, even in changing situations that require flexible and innovative solutions Ability to radiate the necessary rest in refurbishment situations to keep an overview, achieve the best possible solution for the LBBW and achieve a high recovery Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
