Process and Governance Manager / Business Analyst – Conversational AI (m/f/d)

Innovation needs responsibility. And here we need you, because you design and manage customer journeys and processes with a special focus on governance, risk and compliance aspects in the context of Conversational AI and generative AI-Use-Cases. Your special focus is on governance and AI-Risk topics, especially along the AI Risk Journey. You ensure that AI-based solutions can be evaluated in a structured manner, implemented responsibly and successfully operated in the long term. You start with the actual state: you analyze processes and use cases, structure complex requirements and translate them into clear technical concepts, user stories and sound decision bases. With colleagues from risk, compliance, legal and governance, you combine perspectives, create clarity and ensure that regulatory requirements are integrated into products and processes in a pragmatic and solution-oriented manner. At the same time, you actively contribute to the classic customer-journey work: you recognize optimization potentials along the journey, prioritise initiatives and accompany new features and applications holistically from idea to implementation. The management of interfaces is also part of your everyday life: you coordinate professional dependencies, take Ownership for overarching topics and work with stakeholders from different units and countries. And of course you don't work alone: you share knowledge, bring structure into complex discussions and actively engage in bank-wide initiatives and working groups.

Studies in economics, (economic) informatics, a comparable subject or a corresponding qualification Multiannual experience in project, process or product work, ideally at the interface between specialist and IT Embossed project management skills, structured approach and the ability to prepare complex topics in a comprehensible manner Fun on governance, risk or regulatory issues that bring order, clarity and reliability into innovative projects Interest in or first experience with AI-based use cases, in particular in the regulated environment routine in agile procedures (e.g. Scrum) as well as in creating user stories and professional concepts High IT affinity, analytical thinking and an independent, solution-oriented approach Communication skills, enforcement ability and a good sense for different stakeholders’ perspectives Openness for cultural diversity in an international environment Very good German and English in word and writing
