The task area

In this role you will play a pivotal role in defining our engineering and architectural framework, and standards for these critical applications.

As a member of our CRM platform team, you will be responsible for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and its multiple integrated business applications.

Leveraging your expertise, you will contribute to the development of robust processes, frameworks, and practices best to optimize these environments.

Lifecycle Management

• Support the entire lifecycle of solutions, from design to post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with development and teams to ensure a smooth transition between phases.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization

• Monitor the performance of our CRM platform, especially in combination with integrated .Net solutions.
• Identify areas for optimization and implementation necessary measures to ensure efficient and responsive applications.
• Automate processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Governance and Best Practices

• Contribute to the development and the architecture and standards for the CRM platform.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the overall effectiveness of the platforms.
• Ensure compliance with established standards and guidelines for CRM Platform.

Solution Transformation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into reusable and manageable solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and tailor solutions that align with business objectives.

Integration Support

• Provide expertise in the integration of solutions with various business-critical applications.
• Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between the systems.

Knowledge and skills

Your experience:

• Solid experience in .NET Engineering / Developement
• Worked on the development of multiple high-performance .NET applications, ensuring optimal API functionality and integration.
• Implemented comprehensive API monitoring strategies, resulting in significant improvements in system reliability and performance.
• Collaborated with cross- teams to design and deploy scalable solutions, meeting business requirements and enhancing user satisfaction.

Your skillset:

.NET Framework:

• Proficiency in working with the .NET Framework, including its architecture, libraries, and development tools

API Development:

• Proficiency in designing, developing, and consuming APIs.
• Knowledge of RESTful API principles and best practices;

Building Cloud Solutions (Microsoft Azure)

• Hands-on experience with Azure services, including Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Data Factory.
• Ability to design and implement cloud-based solutions that leverage Azure’s scalability and reliability

ServiceBus:

• Familiarity with Azure Service Bus, a reliable messaging service for asynchronous communication between distributed applications.
• Understanding message queues, topics, and subscriptions.
• Knowledge of data integration patterns, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures

Self Troubleshooting:

• A proactive mindset for identifying and resolving issues within Enterprise Applications and it’s integrations.
• Skill in diagnostic errors, performance bottlenecks, and connectivity problems independently.

Your communication skill:

• Excellent communication skills with good command of written and spoken English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and cooperate effectively with various stakeholders in a multi-cultural / global environment

Your personality traits:

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Team player reject to work with internal as well as external development teams in different locations
• Working on a senior level: Self-Managed, Self-Motivated and used to work in different teams and different projects in parallel
• Fast learner adapting, disciplined executer and is fully focused on customer satisfaction
