You advise managers on strategic and complex HR issues along the corporate strategy – with a clear focus on business impact You initiate strategic personnel planning and accompany the process of annual personnel and cost planning You coach and accompany executives in salary rounds, promotions and labour law issues You accompany transformation processes and develop approaches for systematic learning and development You implement global HR concepts (e.g. performance reviews, compensation rounds) in your support areas You develop existing HR processes or shape new processes – always with the aim of promoting interdisciplinary cooperation and increasing efficiency You independently tax international HR projects or actively contribute to these You work closely with the Works Council and take responsibility in relevant topics in collective labour law – from negotiation to implementation of appropriate measures

In addition to these skills, we are particularly interested in the following skills: You have a successfully completed study with a focus on BWL, personnel, psychology or a similar direction Ideally, you bring multi-year experience in a generalist HR role – in the international environment and matrix organization You have well-founded knowledge in labour law and in social and tax issues You speak German and English fluently and move safely in an international working environment You work structured, independent and solution-oriented You are strong in communication and build sustainable relationships with stakeholders You bring a pronounced hand-on mentality with you and you have the pleasure of putting things into the roll
