For the further development of the tenant management of the municipal housing construction company “Wohnen in Osnabrück GmbH - WiO”, we are looking for a dedicated, motivated and qualified organizational unit “Immobilienmanagement” at the closest possible time Projektmanager (m/w/d) – Focus on commercial administration in parttime (25 hours)

Be part of our real estate management team and support us with your commercial know-how in the successful management and development of our residential projects. Open cooperation, reliability and support are particularly important to us.

Commercial property management: The management of our residential properties is your responsibility – from the maintenance of the renting rockets to the participation in heating and auxiliary cost accounting. Receivables and termination management: Self-employed, you process leases, take over the dungeon, accompanies settlement charges and tax termination processes in close coordination with the tenants. Fund management: In housing projects, you support the project management, analyze funding requirements (e.g. NBANK) and accompany corresponding processes. Economic analysis: The creation of business cases, the planning of rental income as well as the costing of administrative costs are part of your task. Financial and economic planning: You participate in the medium-term business planning, analyze economic developments and support in the reporting of domestic key figures. Operating costs & insurance: The calculation of insurance premiums as well as the analysis of operating costs and derivation of relevant key figures are carried out independently. Basic tax & administrative topics: The examination of basic tax rulings and the processing of corresponding transactions complete your field of activity.

Your experience: Ideally, you have already gained practical experience in real estate management, especially in the commercial environment.
