The quality, budget and timely implementation of railway infrastructure projects in the field of construction management ensures over several phases of HOAI performance, including projects of DB InfraGO, DB Energie and other clients Based on project-specific requirements, you develop and implement a suitable BIM strategy and support in preparing alerts, for example by creating AIA and BAP The coordination of the areas, partners and stakeholders involved in the project is your responsibility; you also conduct audits and ensure transparent reporting For compliance with relevant BIM standards and guidelines, you take responsibility and ensure high model quality through continuous monitoring As part of the BIM model coordination, you control data management and support the installation and use of common data environments such as ACC or Dalux in planning and construction monitoring In addition, you are actively involved in digitalization initiatives, such as BIM-based construction and logistics planning, the integration of digital applications in the construction monitoring or the creation and testing of as-built models.

Your profile:

A completed study in the field of construction information technology, civil engineering, construction management, railway system engineering, computer science or a comparable discipline forms your technical basis Experience in the implementation of construction or digitization projects, ideally in the infrastructure or railway environment, allows you to quickly start the project work You are familiar with the basics of BIM methodology and could ideally gain first experience in BIM-based planning or construction Knowledge of relevant rules such as HOAI, AHO or VOB as well as a fundamental understanding of regulatory frameworks are advantageous A structured, self-responsive way of working as well as distinct organizational skills help you to steer projects in terms of costs, dates and quality in a targeted manner.
