As a payroll holder, you are the heart of our HR department and make sure that our employees receive their salary on time and correctly. Payment: You carry out the timely payment and all related tasks taking into account the statutory and operational regulations. Contact person: You are the contact person for employees, executives, health insurance companies, social security institutions, authorities and other external bodies. Reporting & Conclusions: The creation of reports and statistics as well as the active participation in monthly and annual accounts, including SOX Reporting, are among your tasks. Staff administration: The processing and processing of entry and exits, certification, and the verification of wage and social security behaviour are your responsibility. Data management: You are responsible for the careful care of the master data and the management of the digital wage records.
