As a (Junior) Recruiter in the Blue-Collar-Recruiting, you ensure that operating positions are quickly, reliably and appropriately occupied e.g. in technology, service, cleaning or crafts. Supporting the entire recruiting process for commercial positions Active visibility and selection of applications Implementation of first telephone calls (availability, motivation, framework conditions) Close coordination with departments and executives Coordination and follow-up of dates and feedback Care and documentation in the applicant management system Rexx Fast, binding communication with applicants Support in optimizing processes in Blue-Collar-Recruiting

First experience in recruiting, sales, customer service or in a coordinating role Joy of telephone contact and direct communication High liability, organizational talent and pace Structured mode of operation even with high application volume Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (min. C1 level) Additional language skills Safe handling of MS Office, ATS experience of advantage
