Continuous control, release and possibly blocking of production batches Sampling and testing of semi-finished components Conducting cross tests and competition tastings due to complaints or current information Sample production for food retailing and institutions Documentation and maintenance of return patterns in the warehouse Introduction and review of corrective and preventive measures Subsequent investigations and initiation of blockings and releases

Graduated training in the food sector such as specialist for food technology (m/w/d) or at least. 5 years of professional experience in a comparable field Food knowledge ready for shift work (2-shift system, working hours between 06:30 and 17:30, about 5 hours a day on 5 days a week) Independent, structured and process-oriented mode of operation
