You support the quality processes along the entire product lifecycle and are actively working on improving operational quality standards and systems. You carry out structured causes analyses and evaluate fault images technically in cooperation with development, production and service. You support the complaint and 8D process with suppliers and customers and thus avoid repetition errors. You create complaint reports and communicate with internal departments, suppliers, EMS service providers and customers. You analyse quality indicators and manage process optimization measures. You support production management in all quality-protection tasks and actively contribute to ensuring stable quality standards. You assist in the planning, documentation and implementation of regular internal quality audits and monitoring of external audits and manufacturing facilities. You support the design and implementation of quality and ESD employee training.

You have a technical degree, e.g. electrical engineering, production engineering, mechanical engineering or technical training, e.g. as an electronic, mechatronic, or industrial electrician with further education in quality management. You have professional experience in quality (at least 3 years), ideally in quality management (ISO 9001) or process technology in the field of electronics manufacturing. You have knowledge and understanding of electronic and mechanical manufacturing, assembly and testing processes such as SMD fitting, soldering and inspection, sheet metal processing, machining, etc. You will enjoy working with colleagues in cross-departmental teams and dealing with supplier and customer complaint processes is familiar to you. You have a hand-on mentality as well as pronounced communication and moderation capabilities. You have a routined handling of common computer applications, MS Office applications and SAP. You have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
