Location Sankt Augustin bei Bonn in full time (40 hours per week) Have you ever wanted to take off at the ATM without something coming out. This does not happen to you at the savings banks, because there we at PROSERVICE take care of all these topics as a service provider in project management. This is important, because working systems and a well-maintained environment are an important topic for many people. Be it the clean branch or the smooth functionality of the facilities – it is always about trust. And we are responsible for this trust from PROSERVICE. We keep the back of savings banks in real estate, cash supply, general administrative tasks and financial accounting as a service provider, so that they can strengthen the relationship with your clientele. In these areas, by the way, our 350 employees have not done anything for more than 20 years. We are the No. 1. With our strong team within the location management, we support the construction/construction of our decentralised locations from our headquarters in St. Augustin. Since we are constantly growing, from 01.07.2025 we are looking for a team reinforcement that brings the PROSERV!CE forward with passion, actively introducing innovative ideas and working with fun to implement them.

They actively contribute to the business management of our sites, in which you support the analysis and control of the cost and sales development of our sites and thus contribute to ensuring profitability and efficiency. Measures for process, quality and cost optimisation (e.g. material and personnel costs) have been consistently taken into consideration, showing areas of action and contributing to the further development of our sites. You create reports and product-specific calculations. In the interface between the PROSERV!CE headquarters, the location and our customers, the savings banks, you are available as a central contact person. The acquisition of partial/project lines in customer and outsourcing projects (e.g. opening and further development of the sites) round off the profile. We would like to take responsibility early on and expand it gradually – with the aim of winning a leadership as a complement to our management team in a few years.

They bring a completed commercial vocational training and/or a study with an economic or logistic background. Ideally, you already have experience in project and process management. A representative and sympathetic appearance, coupled with enforcement capability, communication strength and a pronounced service orientation, distinguishes you. They have an analytical view of processes and a high strategic and conceptual competence. A structured and targeted way of working is of course for you, as well as the openness to explore new and creative ways of solving it. The readiness for occasional journeys within Germany completes your profile (car guide ticket is available). They have the aim of taking responsibility and in the medium term leadership.
