Architect for work phases 1-8 (m/f/d)

MR PLAN Group supports national and international companies from central and industrial sectors with sound engineering services. We optimize processes and infrastructures with the aim of achieving ideal value for our customers through best performance and highest product quality.

We are mainly active in automotive, aerospace and mechanical engineering companies. Currently we employ about 200 engineering experts.

Project management and design: In your function as an architect, you are responsible for design and work planning in administrative and industrial construction as well as for projects of the public sector.

Communication: You plan, coordinate and negotiate with the relevant specialist planners As part of our projects, you work closely with the builder and develop convincing solutions in the team

Calls for proposals: You will prepare the tender documents for the construction projects independently and take responsibility for quality, dates and costs

Construction and approval procedures: The implementation of approval procedures and regulatory votes will complete your essential tasks

Education: You have successfully completed your studies in the field of architecture

Expertise: Experience in the preparation and award of works and knowledge of the relevant legal requirements (VOB, HOAI)

Software knowledge: Good MS Office knowledge and knowledge in AutoCAD (Revit) are of advantage

Personality: You are characterized by an analytical and process-oriented way of thinking and by an independent and responsible way of working You like to work in the team and have a strong communication skills
