Again this year we are looking for highly motivated and curious trainees for our location in Cologne. Training start is 01.08.2025.

From the outset, you will get insights into the topics and tasks of our various commercial areas, from financial accounting to project controlling to purchasing and support colleagues there. Over the course of the training period, further insights into our operational areas of consulting and HR are possible. With us, you have the opportunity to develop yourself within the scope of your interests – supported by the AKademy Kienbaum. We also provide an experienced contact person to each trainee. The team together in our team is made big with us as we benefit from our knowledge. Through regular events and formats (onboarding, sports events, summer festival etc.) we promote the community among themselves.
