Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the procurement and award of components to existing and new suppliers focusing on mechanical and electronic components
• Implementation of market analyses to identify suitable suppliers and assess the procurement strategy within supervised projects
• Own-responsible negotiation of prices and support in decision-making with regard to the selection of suppliers
• Creation and participation in contractual arrangements up to the conclusion of the contract
• Coordination of all shopping activities within the project and control of communication with suppliers
• Identification of savings potentials and implementation of cost analyses to optimize the supervised components
• Close cooperation with the fields of construction, production and quality assurance to optimise the purchasing processes

Your qualifications:

• Successful degree in economics or engineering
• Multiannual experience in purchasing, ideally with mechanical and electrotechnical background
• Ideal knowledge of project management
• Secure handling of SAP R/3 and Excel
• Flowing German and English knowledge in word and writing
• Negotiating skills and enforcement skills as well as an analytical and structured way of working
• Team orientation and sovereign appearance
