As a Demand Planner (m/w/d), you play a key role in our customer and have the unique opportunity to participate in the development of an efficient and future-oriented global supply chain. Creation and continuous optimization of precise sales forecasts using historical data, market trends, statistical models and modern planning tools. Responsibility for statistical forecast planning and continuous improvement of Forecast Accuracy and Forecast Bias. Creation and maintenance of rolling sales plans at article level and coordination with sales targets under the S&OP/SI&OP process. Analysis of demand deviations, risks and market changes and development of scenarios and countermeasures. Proactive monitoring of the S&OE process to ensure plan performance, delivery capacity and inventory optimization. Implementation of data-based analyses, KPI reporting and derivation of measures to increase efficiency and planning quality. A driving role in the development, implementation and roll-out of new planning and digitization tools. Complete studies in business management, logistics, supply chain management or comparable. Alternatively, relevant training with relevant experience in practice. Multiannual professional experience (at least 4–5 years) in demand planning, demand planning or production planning – ideally in international matrix organisations and in the SI&OP environment.
