Together we stand for empowerment and inclusion of people with disabilities in Hamburg. Due to the diversity of our educational, nursing and commercial skills, we offer around 1,300 people outpatient assistance and special living forms – personalized and socially adapted to the needs of our clients. For our new outpatient housing and assistance offer in Lurup as well as for our existing accommodation in Osdorf, Lurup, Eidelstedt we are looking for you as a responsible specialist. As part of the outpatient integration aid, we accompany people with various support needs in their everyday lives. In addition to the appointments at home, we offer our clients accompaniment to authorities, offices, doctors and support in building and maintaining social networks. Here, our meeting place Ekenknick plays a decisive role in the exchange at Peer level, in the social awareness and the offers of adult education.
