In your role as a cybersecurity engineer (w/m/d), you're thinking that our IT infrastructure is not only stable but also well protected. From the planning and implementation of innovative security solutions to the defense of cyber attacks to the training of colleagues in IT security. Security architecture You are responsible for implementing security architectures to secure the IT infrastructure. In addition, you ensure the continuous optimization of security solutions, manage identity and access management systems and ensure the proper application of IAM procedures. Security Operations Centers / Risk Management - You take the introduction and control of an external provider for the operation of the Security Operations Center (SOC). You coordinate Incident Response actions, initiate security incident countermeasures, and ensure logging, security monitoring and analysis of security events. You support risk management by identifying, evaluating and reducing security risks. Documentation - You document security measures, incidents and processes and actively participate in IT projects focusing on security requirements and solutions. IT Compliance - You accompany security audits, ensure compliance with IT compliance requirements, check the company's security situation, identify vulnerabilities and ensure their timely recovery.

The theory is based – you can provide a completed training in the field of IT (e.g. specialist informatics) with relevant specialization and multiannual professional experience, or a completed study of (economic) informatics, IT security or a comparable area. Know-how – You have certificates in the field of IT security and comprehensive expertise on security concepts and technologies. You are familiar with network security, relevant protocols as well as the backup of client systems and have experience in the integration of SIEM systems such as Sentinel. In addition, you have knowledge of managing and securing cloud services, such as Microsoft 365 or Azure. IT Standards & Compliance: You are familiar with the application of international IT standards and compliance guidelines such as ISO 27001 and BSI basic protection to ensure a secure IT infrastructure. Communication – Very good knowledge of German (min. C1 level) and sound knowledge of English as well as safe and targeted communication, especially when switching security aspects to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Precise and structured working – You have the ability to maintain a clear and structured working approach even in high-pressure and time-critical situations to ensure security and implement efficient solutions.
